19 GENERAL INFORMATION GENERAL ORDERING INFORMATION Art Charges Minor artwork adjustments can be made with no additional fees applied. This would include items such as slight modifications to size and/or color, name changes, and artwork cleanup (i.e. removing spots from scanned artwork). These alterations should take no longer than 10-15 minutes to complete. Need a little extra help with your artwork? Additional design/ layout/color assistance is available for an hourly rate of $75.00 (V). This would include items such as color matching or color separation, logo redraw/manipulation or any additional layout design work needed on artwork. Please call for a quote, and make sure to specify what type of design assistance will be needed. Changes or Cancellations Changes to orders in progress may require additional charges and/or time. Cancellations for orders in progress will require payment for the order. Color Matching Digital full color and sublimation full color processes cannot guarantee a PMS match. Engraving We use laser engraving for our engraving processes. There is no set up charge for engraved items. Manual Handling Fee Manual orders may incur additional handling charges. Contact customer service for additional information. Over/Underruns There is no charge for exact quantity requests. You will only be billed for the quantity on your purchase order. Production Times Production times are stated for each item on their catalog page. Quantities over the last column pricing may require additional production time. Customer Service will contact you within one business day to discuss production time and delivery options. Production times do not go into effect until all order details have been received, including artwork, all order information, and proof approval. Proofs • PDF Proof Email: Add 2 working days to the item production when requesting a PDF proof. First proof is FREE of charge. Additional proofs are $15.00 (R). Production time begins after receipt of complete order including proof approval. • Production Sample: physical product proofs are available using customer artwork. These are offered at 10% off the quantity 1 wholesale price for standard catalog items and/or 10% off quantity 1 quoted price for custom products. Standard production times will apply. Please reach out to customer service for assistance. • A complimentary proof may be required for certain orders to ensure satisfaction. Production will begin upon approval of the proof. Quantity Price Breaks Prices listed at various quantity breaks assumes the same standard logo or design on the items and includes variable data personalization such as a name, phone number, or address changes. Rush Orders Rush orders will be accepted as production schedule allows and must be pre-approved. Rush charges and production time are based on the complexity of the order and color match requirements. Minimum daily charge is $25.00 (R) or 10% of order value, whichever is greater. Samples Marketing samples on select catalog products are FREE of charge; standard shipping is NO CHARGE. Third Party Shipping No additional charges apply if you provide us with a valid shipper number. ARTWORK—CREATING AND SAVING FILES Full Color Process Sublimated full color process items require RGB artwork unless noted on the specific page. All other digital full color products are full color CMYK process. Every element of the file must be colored with process CMYK colors. If RGB or other non-CMYK colors are used in your files the necessary conversions to CMYK will change the appearance of the colors when printed, sometimes dramatically. Create full color process item files with Adobe ® Acrobat PDF files. Create one item sized correctly per document. Artwork must be at least 300 dpi. For highest quality output, 600 dpi is recommended. Requested file formats should be Tiff, PDF or Illustrator files with the fonts embedded in the file. Do not include any punctuation in the PDF file name and please keep it short as possible. Engraving Include typestyle, upper case, lower case or both along with the position of the engraving on the item on your order. If no logo will be utilized, providing artwork is not necessary. Artwork must be at least 300 dpi. For highest quality output, 600 dpi is recommended. Requested file formats should be Tiff, PDF or Illustrator Files with the fonts embedded in the file.
